医联体模式下远程长程散点图在基层医疗卫生单位的临床应用研究

摘　　要：分析医联体模式下远程长程散点图助力基层医疗机构诊断心律失常的效果。以柳州市中医医院(柳州市壮医医院)建立紧密型医联体的社区、基层医疗卫生单位从事心电图的医师12人为观察对象,应用随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=6)采取模式简单、传统的动态心电图,试验组(n=6)采取医联体模式下远程长程散点图,对比两组人员分析心电图的时效性和准确性、诊疗能力、满意度。结果显示,试验组分析动态心电图的时效性和准确性显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组诊疗能力各项指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,医联体模式下远程长程散点图有利于基层医疗机构诊断心律失常,可以有效提升医联体内基层医疗卫生单位的心电图诊断医师分析心电图的时效性和准确性、诊疗能力及满意度。To analyze the effectiveness of remote long-range scatter plots in assisting primary healthcare institutions in diagnosing arrhythmia under the medical consortium model.Twelve physicians engaged in electrocardiograms in the community and grassroots medical and health units of Liuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital(Liuzhou Zhuang Medical Hospital)established a close medical consortium were selected as the observation subjects.Random number table method was used to divide them into two groups.The control group(n=6)adopted a simple and traditional dynamic electrocardiogram,while the experimental group(n=6)adopted a remote long-distance scatter plot under the medical consortium mode.The timeliness and accuracy,diagnosis and treatment ability,and satisfaction of electrocardiograms were compared between the two groups.The results showed that the timeliness and accuracy of analyzing dynamic electrocardiograms in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The diagnostic and therapeutic abilities of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group in all indicators(P<0.05);The satisfaction level of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that remote long-range scatter plots under the medical consortium model are beneficial for diagnosing arrhythmia in primary healthcare institutions,and can effectively improve the timeliness,accuracy,diagnostic and treatment capabilities,and satisfaction of physicians engaged in electrocardiogram analysis in primary healthcare units within the medical consortium.
