摘 要:公立三甲医院X市骨科医院牵头组建X市医学影像联盟,创建“医创心”远程诊断平台,实现区域医疗资源优化配置,推进转诊和分级诊疗,对于区域医疗水平的提升具有重要意义。文章通过分析新医改背景下联盟的组织结构和特征,以及实践效果,明确联盟面临的挑战,并思考对策,如健全影像联盟结构与卫生服务网络、注重联盟资源重组与各医疗机构的角色定位、强化激励机制、利益均衡和质量监管机制等,以此为助力区域医疗高质量发展提供典型案例和借鉴参考。X City Orthopedic Hospital,a public tertiary hospital,takes the lead in establishing the X City Medical Imaging Alliance,creating the"Medical Innovation Heart"remote diagnosis platform,optimizing the allocation of regional medical resources,promoting referral and graded diagnosis and treatment,which is of great significance for the improvement of regional medical level.The article analyzes the organizational structure and characteristics of the alliance under the background of the new medical reform,as well as its practical effects,clarifies the challenges faced by the alliance,and considers countermeasures,such as improving the structure of the imaging alliance and the health service network,focusing on the reorganization of alliance resources and the role positioning of various medical institutions,strengthening incentive mechanisms,balancing interests,and quality supervision mechanisms,etc.,in order to provide typical cases and reference for promoting the high-quality development of regional medical care.
