临床药师参与624例感染性疾病会诊分析及药学会诊模式探讨

摘　　要：了解临床药师参与药学会诊的形式及效果,探讨药学会诊工作模式及优化建议。通过收集并整理右江民族医学院附属医院2023年1月—12月临床药师参与的624例感染性疾病会诊病例进行回顾性分析,对会诊科室、会诊目的、感染部位、病原学情况、临床药师会诊意见及采纳情况、患者转归情况进行统计分析。研究结果显示,右江民族医学院附属医院药学会诊目的以协助调整抗感染方案(73.72%)及制定初始抗感染方案(21.63%)为主,临床对药师会诊意见采纳率为90.71%,被采纳的病例中患者治疗总有效率为91.34%。研究发现临床药师参与会诊具有重要价值,通过优化会诊模式,使临床药师能更好地利用药学专业知识和技能提供药学服务。Understand the forms and effects of clinical pharmacists participating in pharmaceutical consultations,explore the working mode and optimization suggestions of pharmaceutical consultations.By collecting and sorting out 624 cases of infectious diseases consulted by clinical pharmacists in the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical University for Nationalities from January to December 2023,a retrospective analysis was made on the consultation departments,consultation purposes,infection sites,etiology,consultation opinions and adoption of clinical pharmacists,and patient outcomes.The research results show that the main purpose of pharmacy consultation at the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang University of Ethnic Medicine is to assist in adjusting the anti infection plan(73.72%)and formulating the initial anti infection plan(21.63%).The clinical adoption rate of pharmacist consultation opinions is 90.71%,and the total effective rate of patient treatment in the adopted cases is 91.34%.Research has found that clinical pharmacists'participation in consultations is of great value.By optimizing the consultation mode,clinical pharmacists can better utilize their pharmaceutical expertise and skills to provide pharmaceutical services.
