合理用药审查系统在处方点评中的应用

摘　　要：分析合理用药审查系统在处方点评中的应用。随机抽取横州市人民医院在2016年2月—2016年7月未应用合理用药审查系统期间的门诊处方2500张,随机抽取在2017年2月—2017年7月应用合理用药审查系统期间的门诊处方2500张,分析应用该系统前后的处方质量变化。研究结果显示,应用审查系统后,药品管理工作中不良事件总发生率显著低于应用前(P<0.05),各种不合格处方均显著少于应用前(P<0.05),处方点评时间、处方调配时间和平均候药时间均显著缩短(P<0.05)。研究发现,将合理用药审查系统应用于处方点评中可规范医师处方行为,显著降低处方不合格率,保障用药安全。该系统具有重要临床应用价值,值得借鉴。Analyze the application of the rational drug use review system in prescription reviews.Randomly select 2500 outpatient prescriptions from Hengzhou People's Hospital during the period of not using the rational drug use review system from February 2016 to July 2016,and randomly select 2500 outpatient prescriptions during the period of using the rational drug use review system from February 2017 to July 2017,and analyze the changes in prescription quality before and after the application of the system.The research results showed that after the application of the review system,the total incidence of adverse events in drug management was significantly lower than before application(P<0.05),and all kinds of unqualified prescriptions were significantly less than before application(P<0.05).The prescription review time,prescription dispensing time,and average waiting time were significantly shortened(P<0.05).Research has found that applying a rational drug use review system to prescription reviews can standardize physician prescription behavior,significantly reduce prescription failure rates,and ensure medication safety.This system has important clinical application value and is worth learning from.
