头孢曲松钠合并用药致不良反应(ADR)的发生情况及合理性研究

摘　　要：探讨头孢曲松钠合并用药致不良反应(ADR)的发生情况及合理性研究。通过回顾性分析2019年1月—2023年10月期间阳朔县金宝乡卫生院纳入的42例合并用药致发生不良反应患者的临床资料,其中有6例为头孢曲松钠合并用药导致。分析合并应用的化学药品种类及合并用药中排名前十位的药物占比,结果显示,合并应用的化学药品种类中占比最高的是抗感染类药物(66.7%),其次是呼吸系统用药(16.7%)和酸碱平衡、电解质和营养药(16.7%)及其他用药(16.7%);合并用药中,占比较高的是特布他林和布地奈德,占比均为66.7%;其次为氨溴索和奥美拉唑,占比均为33.3%;再次为法莫替丁、氨茶碱、氯诺昔康、川芎嗪、消旋山莨菪碱、水溶性维生素、热毒宁,占比均为16.7%。研究发现,头孢曲松钠应用中需要提高对合并用药致ADR及用药监测的关注度,以此达到提高用药合理性,降低不良反应发生率,进而推动患者用药有效性和安全性的提高。To explore the occurrence and rationality of adverse reactions(ADRs)caused by the combined use of ceftriaxone sodium.By retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of 42 patients with adverse reactions caused by concomitant medication included in the Jinbao Township Health Center of Yangshuo County from January 2019 to October 2023,including 6 cases caused by concomitant medication of ceftriaxone sodium,the types of chemical drugs used in combination and the proportion of the top ten drugs in the combined medication were analyzed.The results showed that the highest proportion of chemical drugs used in combination was anti infective drugs(66.7%),followed by respiratory system drugs(16.7%),acid-base balance,electrolyte and nutrition drugs(16.7%),and other drugs(16.7%);In the combination therapy,terbutaline and budesonide account for a relatively high proportion,both accounting for 66.7%;Next are ambroxol and omeprazole,both accounting for 33.3%;Once again,famotidine,aminophylline,lornoxicam,ligustrazine,racemic scopolamine,water-soluble vitamins,and Reduning all accounted for 16.7%.Research has found that in the application of ceftriaxone sodium,it is necessary to increase attention to ADR caused by concomitant medication and medication monitoring,in order to improve medication rationality,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and promote the improvement of patient medication effectiveness and safety.
