摘　　要：通过人工髋关节置换术术前AI测量与术后相关因素的评估,探讨人工髋关节置换术术前AI测量的准确性和重要性。通过回顾性分析玉林市中西医结合骨科医院2020年9月—2022年9月收治的35例(35髋)拟行人工髋关节置换的股骨头缺血性坏死患者,在术前对所有患者进行AI测量,预测髋臼及股骨柄假体的型号及置入位置,估计股骨颈的截骨水平及预定出平衡双下肢长度的计划。术后对这些指标进行评估和验证。结果显示,患者术后的双下肢长度差与股骨偏心距差均有显著改善(P<0.05);患者的术前AI测量结果与实际使用假体型号的总符合率高达97.14%;术后患者的髋关节功能得分显著高于术前(P<0.05)。研究发现,人工全髋关节置换术术前精确的AI测量对于重建髋关节结构和功能及恢复下肢长度具有重要的意义,在临床上有一定的应用价值。To explore the accuracy and importance of preoperative AI measurement in artificial hip replacement surgery through the evaluation of preoperative AI measurement and postoperative related factors.Through a retrospective analysis of 35 patients(35 hips)with femoral head ischemic necrosis who underwent artificial hip replacement at Yulin Orthopedic Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from September 2020 to September 2022,AI measurements were performed on all patients before surgery to predict the type and placement position of acetabular and femoral stem prostheses,estimate the level of femoral neck osteotomy,and plan for balancing the length of both lower limbs.Evaluate and validate these indicators after surgery.The results showed that both the length difference of the patient's lower limbs and the difference in femoral eccentricity before surgery were significantly improved(P<0.05);The overall consistency rate between the preoperative AI measurement results of the patient and the actual prosthesis model used is as high as 97.14%;The hip joint function score of postoperative patients was significantly higher than that before surgery(P<0.05).Research has found that accurate AI measurement before total hip arthroplasty is of great significance for reconstructing hip joint structure and function,as well as restoring lower limb length,and has certain clinical application value.
