不同麻醉方式对老年高血压患者术后麻醉恢复期的影响分析

摘　　要：观察不同麻醉方式对老年高血压患者术后恢复期的影响情况与临床价值。将崇左市天等县人民医院在2022年6月—2023年12月期间所收治的50例行髋关节置换手术治疗的老年高血压患者作为研究对象,按照入院编号奇偶性方法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组25例。对照组采取全身麻醉干预方案,观察组采取腰硬联合麻醉干预方案。对比两组患者受不同麻醉干预方案影响在麻醉效果、血流动力学及麻醉恢复期认知功能障碍方面的差异表现。结果显示,观察组麻醉效果总优良率显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组拔管即刻和拔管后15min的心率、平均动脉压检出值均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组认知功能障碍总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,与全身麻醉方案相比,腰硬联合麻醉方案对老年高血压患者的影响更小,有助于在保障麻醉效果的同时,促进患者术后早期恢复,并降低认知功能障碍的发生风险,值得应用。To observe the impact and clinical value of different anesthesia methods on the postoperative recovery period of elderly hypertensive patients.Fifty elderly hypertensive patients who underwent hip replacement surgery at Tiandeng County People's Hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group based on the parity method of admission numbers,with 25 patients in each group.The control group received a general anesthesia intervention plan,while the observation group received a combined spinal epidural anesthesia intervention plan.Compare the differences in anesthesia efficacy,hemodynamics,and cognitive impairment during anesthesia recovery between two groups of patients under different anesthesia intervention plans.The results showed that the overall excellent and good rate of anesthesia effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate and mean arterial pressure detected values in the observation group immediately after extubation and 15 minutes after extubation were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of cognitive dysfunction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that compared to general anesthesia,the combined spinal and epidural anesthesia has a smaller impact on elderly hypertensive patients.It helps to ensure anesthesia effectiveness,promote early postoperative recovery,and reduce the risk of cognitive dysfunction.Therefore,it is worth applying.
