耳穴贴压对神经性耳聋耳鸣的治疗效果研究

摘　　要：观察神经性耳聋耳鸣予以耳穴贴压疗法的临床效果。临床选择2022年1月—2024年4月期间柳州市中医医院(柳州市壮医医院)接诊的187例神经性耳聋耳鸣患者,使用掣签法分为对照组(n=94)、试验组(n=93)。研究对象均予以神经营养药物、改善微循环药物,试验组加用耳穴贴压疗法,分析两组的听力损伤程度、住院治疗时间、开始恢复听力时间及生活质量。结果显示,治疗前,两组的耳鸣分级评分、纯音听阈值差别不大(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组耳鸣分级评分、纯音听阈值显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组住院治疗时间、开始恢复听力时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的SF-36生活质量量表评分差别不大(P>0.05),治疗后,试验组SF-36生活质量量表评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,神经性耳聋耳鸣予以耳穴贴压疗法,可对恢复耳聋耳鸣状态产生积极影响,缩短病程时间,提高生活质量,临床具有更广阔的应用前景。To observe the clinical effect of ear acupressure therapy on neurogenic hearing loss and tinnitus.187 patients with neurogenic hearing loss and tinnitus treated at Liuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital(Liuzhou Zhuangyi Hospital)from January 2022 to April 2024 were randomly divided into a control group(n=94)and an experimental group(n=93)using a lottery method.The research subjects were all given neurotrophic drugs and microcirculatory improvement drugs.The experimental group was additionally treated with ear acupressure therapy.The degree of hearing loss,hospitalization time,time to start hearing recovery,and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed.The results showed that before treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05)in tinnitus grading scores and pure tone listening thresholds between the two groups;After treatment,the tinnitus grading score and pure tone listening threshold in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The hospitalization time and time to start hearing recovery in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the SF-36 Quality of Life Scale scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the SF-36 Quality of Life Scale scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that ear acupressure therapy for neurogenic hearing loss and tinnitus can have a positive impact on restoring the state of hearing loss and tinnitus,shortening the duration of the disease,improving the quality of life,and has broader clinical application prospects.
