药师专项处方点评对西药房抗菌药物合理用药的影响报告

摘　　要：从西药房抗菌药物合理用药管理着手,探究药师专项处方点评模式的应用价值。选取灵川县三街镇卫生院2023年1月—2023年10月期间医师开具的150张处方为研究对象,结合药学管理方案差异性分为对照组(70例)和观察组(80例),对照组给予传统模式药学服务,观察组在对照组基础上开展药师专项处方点评,对比不同组别不合理用药情况、抗菌药物用药原因、抗菌药物相关不良反应。研究结果显示,相较于对照组,观察组抗菌药物不合理用药概率更低(P<0.05);观察组治疗性用药占比比对照组更高,预防性用药占比比对照组更低(P<0.05),而两组无指征用药占比不符合统计学差异性标准(P>0.05);相较于对照组,观察组抗菌药物相关不良反应整体风险程度较低(P<0.05)。研究发现在西药房抗菌药物配置和应用中,采用药师专项处方点评工作模式,可显著降低不合理用药问题发生率,提升用药合理性与安全性,具有较高的推广应用价值。To explore the application value of the pharmacist's specialized prescription review model,starting from the rational use management of antibiotics in Western pharmacies.The study selected 150 prescriptions issued by physicians at the Sanjie Town Health Center in Lingchuan County from January 2023 to October 2023 as the research subjects.Based on the differences in pharmaceutical management plans,they were divided into a control group(70 cases)and an observation group(80 cases).The control group received traditional pharmaceutical services,while the observation group received specialized prescription reviews from pharmacists based on the control group.The study compared the irrational use of drugs,reasons for antibiotic use,and adverse reactions related to antibiotics in different groups.The research results showed that compared to the control group,the observation group had a lower probability of irrational use of antibiotics(P<0.05);The proportion of therapeutic medication in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of preventive medication was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).However,the proportion of asymptomatic medication in the two groups did not meet the statistical difference criteria(P>0.05);Compared to the control group,the observation group had a lower overall risk of antibiotic related adverse reactions(P<0.05).Research has found that adopting a pharmacist specific prescription review work mode in the configuration and application of antibacterial drugs in Western medicine rooms can significantly reduce the incidence of irrational drug use,improve the rationality and safety of drug use,and have high promotion and application value.
