摘 要:探析消毒供应室护理清洗质量的提升方法,着重分析碱性清洗剂的应用效果。通过对百色市田阳区人民医院2020年1月—2022年3月使用过的1500件污染器械清洗质量展开研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为常规组和试验组,每组750件,其中常规组采用多酶清洗剂进行清洗,而试验组则采用碱性清洗剂进行清洗;比较两组清洗质量、清洗人员评分。研究结果显示,试验组的清洗合格率、清洗人员评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究发现,采用碱性清洗剂对消毒供应室污染器械清洗质量效果更为显著,且实用性较高,值得在临床中推广。To explore methods to improve the quality of nursing cleaning in disinfection supply rooms,with a focus on analyzing the application effect of alkaline cleaning agents.A study was conducted on the cleaning quality of 1500 contaminated medical instruments used by Tianyang District People's Hospital from January 2020 to March 2022.The instruments were randomly divided into a conventional group and an experimental group,with 750 pieces in each group.The conventional group was cleaned with a multi enzyme cleaning agent,while the experimental group was cleaned with an alkaline cleaning agent;Compare the cleaning quality and cleaning personnel ratings between two groups.The research results showed that the cleaning qualification rate and cleaning personnel score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The study found that the use of alkaline cleaning agents has a more significant effect on the cleaning quality of contaminated instruments in the disinfection supply room,and has higher practicality,which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
