虎力散敷贴对改善腰椎间盘突出患者疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：分析腰椎间盘突出患者使用虎力散敷贴对改善疼痛的影响。选取中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二三医院中医科于2022年1月—2023年3月收治的50例腰椎间盘突出患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=25)和研究组(n=25),对照组口服非甾体类抗炎药(塞来昔布胶囊),研究组使用虎力散敷贴外敷法。观察两组患者的治疗效果、疼痛程度、焦虑情况、炎症因子水平、腰椎功能及生活质量。结果显示,治疗后,研究组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组,疼痛和焦虑程度显著低于对照组,炎症因子水平显著低于对照组,腰椎功能评分和生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,腰椎间盘突出患者应用虎力散敷贴可以改善机体的炎症因子水平,有效缓解疼痛和不良情绪,提高患者的腰椎功能和生活质量,适合临床广泛应用与推广。To analyze the effect of using Huli Powder Patch on improving pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Fifty patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of The 923 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army of China from January 2022 to March 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(n=25)and the study group(n=25)according to the random number table.Observe the treatment efficacy,pain level,anxiety,inflammatory factor levels,lumbar spine function,and quality of life of two groups of patients.The results showed that after treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the degree of pain and anxiety was significantly lower than that of the control group,the level of inflammatory factors was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the lumbar spine function score and quality of life score were significantly higher than those of the control group(<0.05).Research has found that the application of Huli Powder Patch in patients with lumbar disc herniation can improve the levels of inflammatory factors in the body,effectively alleviate pain and negative emotions,improve lumbar spine function and quality of life,and is suitable for widespread clinical application and promotion.
