摘　　要：分析一种新型输液调节器装置的设计及应用。选择2024年1月—2024年5月期间前往大化瑶族自治县人民医院接受静脉输液的门诊及住院患者共200例作为入组研究对象,并且采用随机分配的方式分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组用一次性输液器静脉输液,观察组则使用配备新型输液调节器的输液装置进行静脉输液。比较两组患者输液滴速合格率与医护人员接受使用率。结果显示,观察组输液合格率为88%,对照组为45%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理人员接受使用率为96%,对照组为36%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究表明,这种新型输液调节器装置在静脉输液中切实可行,安全性好,医护人员接受使用率高,值得应用。To analyze the design and application of a new type of infusion regulator device.200 outpatient and inpatient patients who received intravenous infusion at the People's Hospital of Dahua Yao Autonomous County from January 2024 to May 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received intravenous infusion using a disposable infusion device,while the observation group received intravenous infusion using an infusion device equipped with a new infusion regulator.Compare the qualified rate of infusion drip speed and the acceptance rate of medical staff between two groups of patients.The results showed that the qualified rate of infusion in the observation group was 88%,while that in the control group was 45%.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The acceptance rate of nursing staff in the observation group was 96%,while that in the control group was 36%.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Research has shown that this new type of infusion regulator device is feasible and safe for intrave nous infusion,with a high acceptance rate among medical staff,and is worth applying.
