集中式日间化疗门诊诊疗模式的探索与应用疗效评价

摘　　要：探讨集中式日间化疗门诊诊疗模式的应用及其疗效。选取2023年12月—2024年4月在连云港市第一人民医院接受化疗的82例患者,随机分为两组:观察组(予以集中式日间化疗门诊诊疗模式,41例)和对照组(实施常规住院化疗模式,41例)。对两组患者的化疗完成率、有效治疗时间、并发症发生率、生活质量评分及患者满意度进行比较分析。结果显示,观察组患者的化疗完成率显著高于对照组,有效治疗时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的生活质量及满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,集中式日间化疗门诊诊疗模式能够显著提高化疗完成率,缩短有效治疗时间,减少并发症,提高患者生活质量,并提高其满意度。The article aims to explore the application and efficacy of the centralized daytime chemotherapy outpatient diagnosis and treatment model.82 patients who received chemotherapy at the First People's Hospital of Lianyungang from December 2023 to April 2024 were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group(receiving centralized day chemotherapy outpatient diagnosis and treatment mode,41 cases)and the control group(implementing conventional inpatient chemotherapy mode,41 cases).Compare and analyze the completion rate of chemotherapy,effective treatment time,incidence of complications,quality of life score,and patient satisfaction between two groups of patients.The results showed that the completion rate of chemotherapy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the effective treatment time was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The quality of life and satisfaction scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the centralized daytime chemotherapy outpatient diagnosis and treatment model can significantly improve the completion rate of chemotherapy,reduce effective treatment time,minimize complications,promote the improvement of patients'quality of life,and increase their satisfaction.
