备育三孩男性年龄与精子运动参数及DNA损伤的相关性

摘　　要：探讨备育三孩的男性年龄与精子运动参数、DNA损伤的相关性。通过回顾性分析备育三孩接受孕前检查的男性73例的临床资料,根据年龄分成年龄<35岁组28例,年龄≥35岁组45例。对男性精液质量、精子DNA、精浆锌与精浆果糖进行检查,比较不同年龄段的检测结果,此外采取Spearman分析年龄与精子运动参数及DNA损伤的相关性。研究结果显示,年龄<35岁组的精液量、精子浓度、总活力、精子存活率、精子形态正常率、精浆果糖、精浆锌均显著高于年龄≥35岁组(P<0.05);年龄<35岁组异常率<30%的占比要高于年龄≥35岁组(P<0.05);年龄<35岁组的精子DNA碎片指数显著低于年龄≥35岁组(P<0.05);Spearman相关性分析备育三孩男性年龄与精液量、精子浓度、总活力、精子存活率、精子形态正常率、精浆果糖、精浆锌均呈负相关,与精子DNA碎片指数呈正相关(P<0.05)。研究发现,在备育三孩的男性中,年龄越大精子运动参数越低,精子损伤率越高,会对生育造成一定的影响。To explore the correlation between the age of men preparing for a third child and sperm motility parameters,as well as DNA damage.Through retrospective analysis of clinical data from 73 males who underwent pre pregnancy examinations for their third child,they were divided into two groups based on age:28 males in the age<35 years group and 45 males in the age≥35 years group.To examine the quality of male semen,sperm DNA,semen zinc,and semen fructose,and compare the test results in different age groups.In addition,Spearman analysis was used to investigate the correlation between age,sperm motility parameters,and DNA damage.The research results showed that the semen volume,sperm concentration,total vitality,sperm survival rate,normal sperm morphology rate,seminal fructose,and seminal zinc in the age group under 35 years old were significantly higher than those in the age group≥35 years old(P<0.05);The proportion of abnormal rate<30% in the age group<35 years old is higher than that in the age group≥35 years old(P<0.05);The sperm DNA fragmentation index in the age group<35 years old was significantly lower than that in the age group≥35 years old(P<0.05);Spearman correlation analysis showed that the age of males preparing for three children was negatively correlated with semen volume,sperm concentration,total vitality,sperm survival rate,normal sperm morphology rate,seminal plasma fructose,and seminal plasma zinc,and positively correlated with sperm DNA fragmentation index(P<0.05).Research has found that among men preparing for a third child,the older they are,the lower their sperm motility parameters and the higher their sperm damage rate,which can have a certain impact on fertility.
