经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术在高龄良性前列腺增生治疗方面的应用研究

摘　　要：研究高龄良性前列腺增生患者采用经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术进行治疗的临床效果。通过选择2020年1月—2024年2月在柳州市柳铁中心医院接受治疗的50例高龄良性前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分成两组,对照组中20例患者采用前列腺动脉栓塞术进行治疗,治疗组中30例患者采用经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术进行治疗。比较两组治疗效果评价指标。研究结果显示,治疗组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗期间并发症发生率高于对照组,但组间差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后尿动力功能、炎症反应相关指标改善幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组术中出血量高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组操作时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现高龄良性前列腺增生患者采用经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术进行治疗,相对于前列腺动脉栓塞术效果更为明显。To investigate the clinical efficacy of transurethral plasma bipolar resection of the prostate in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Fifty elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who received treatment at Liutie Central Hospital in Liuzhou City from January 2020 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.In the control group,20 patients were treated with prostate artery embolization,while in the treatment group,30 patients were treated with transurethral plasma bipolar resection of the prostate.Compare the evaluation indicators of treatment efficacy between two groups.The research results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications during treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference between the groups was not significant(P>0.05);The improvement of urinary motility function and inflammation related indicators in the treatment group after treatment was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05);The intraoperative blood output of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The treatment group had a shorter operation time than the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the treatment of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia using transurethral plasma bipolar resection of the prostate is more effective than prostate artery embolization.
