充气式保温毯对老年外科手术患者围术期体温波动及苏醒期躁动的影响

摘　　要：研究和分析充气式保温毯对老年外科手术患者围术期体温波动及苏醒期躁动的影响。选择36例老年外科手术患者作为研究对象,均于2021年1月—2023年12月在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九二三医院接受治疗,根据来院就诊顺序进行分组,前18例设为对照组,后18例设为观察组。在基础保温的基础上,对照组行液体预加温,观察组加用充气式保温毯。观察和对比两组手术指标水平、并发症发生率及麻醉后30 min(T_(1))、麻醉后60 min(T_(2))、术毕(T_(3))、进入麻醉恢复室后10 min(T_(4))、离开麻醉恢复室时(T_(5))核心温度下降度数。结果显示,两组术中指标水平无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组术毕更快拔管、麻醉恢复室停留时间更短(P<0.05);观察组1、2、3、4、5核心温度下降度数更小,且并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。研究发现老年外科手术患者应用充气式保温毯,可预防围术期低体温,加快术后恢复,减少苏醒期躁动等并发症的发生。To study and analyze the effects of inflatable insulation blankets on perioperative temperature fluctuations and agitation during the recovery period in elderly surgical patients.Thirty six elderly surgical patients were selected as the study subjects,who were all treated in the the 923 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army of China from January 2021 to December 2023.They were grouped according to the order of hospital visits.The first 18 patients were set as the control group,and the last 18 patients were set as the observation group.On the basis of basic insulation,the control group received liquid preheating,while the observation group received inflatable insulation blankets.Observe and compare the levels of surgical indicators,incidence of complications,and the degree of core temperature decrease at 30 min after anesthesia(T_(1)),60 minutes after anesthesia(T_(2)),after surgery(T_(3)),10 minutes after entering the anesthesia recovery room(T_(4)),and when leaving the anesthesia recovery room(T_(5))between two groups.The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of intraoperative indicators between the two groups(P>0.05);The observation group had faster extubation after surgery and shorter stay time in the anesthesia recovery room(P<0.05);The observation groups 1,2,3,4,and 5 showed a smaller decrease in core temperature and a lower incidence of complications(P<0.05).Research has found that the use of inflatable insulation blankets in elderly surgical patients can prevent perioperative hypothermia,accelerate postoperative recovery,and reduce the occurrence of complications such as agitation during the recovery period.
