基于TQM理论开展针对动静脉内瘘患者的品管圈活动护理效果分析

摘　　要：探讨基于全面品质管理(TQM)理论下开展品管圈活动(QCC)对减少维持性血液透析(MHD)动静脉内瘘(AVF)患者相关并发症的效果。通过调研新疆医科大学第二附属医院血透室2021年1月—2022年12月开展针对AVF患者的QCC护理活动前后随机选取的各70例患者资料,观察对比开展QCC前后穿刺情况,AVF相关并发症发生情况。研究结果显示,开展QCC前,总计穿刺数4686次,一次穿刺成功率为91.68%,再穿刺率8.32%;开展QCC后,总计穿刺数5028次,一次穿刺成功率提升至98.27%,再穿刺率降低至1.73%(P<0.05);开展QCC前,患者AVF相关并发症高达10.00%,开展QCC后,降低至2.86%(P<0.05)。研究发现针对行MHD治疗的AVF患者,开展品管圈活动有助于降低内瘘再穿刺率,减少多种相关并发症,从而提高护理质量。To explore the effect of conducting Quality Control Circle(QCC)activities based on Total Quality Management(TQM)theory on reducing complications related to arteriovenous fistula(AVF)in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.By conducting research on the data of 70 randomly selected patients before and after QCC nursing activities for AVF patients in the hemodialysis room of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022,the puncture situation before and after QCC and the incidence of AVF related complications were observed and compared.The research results showed that before QCC,a total of 4686 punctures were performed,with a success rate of 91.68% for one puncture and 8.32% for re puncture;After conducting QCC,a total of 5028 punctures were performed,and the success rate of one puncture increased to 98.27%,while the re puncture rate decreased to 1.73%(P<0.05);Before QCC,the incidence of AVF related complications in patients was as high as 10.00%,but after QCC,it decreased to 2.86%(P<0.05).Research has found that conducting quality control circle activities for AVF patients undergoing MHD treatment can help reduce the re puncture rate of internal fistulas,reduce various related complications,and thus improve nursing quality.
