协同护理模式在提高慢性心力衰竭患者限钠饮食依从性中的作用分析

摘　　要：讨论协同护理模式在提高慢性心力衰竭患者限钠饮食依从性中的作用。通过选取2023年1月—2023年12月南宁市第三人民医院接收的154例慢性心力衰竭患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和干预组,各77例,对照组患者使用常规护理模式,干预组患者使用协同护理模式;比较两组患者护理后限钠饮食依从性、心功能指标变化情况、生活质量评分。研究结果显示,护理后干预组患者限钠饮食治疗依从性显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05);护理后干预组患者心功能指标每搏排出量(SV)、心排血量(CO)及左室射血分数(LVEF)均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前两组患者的生活质量评分比较无明显差异(P>0.05),护理后干预组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。研究发现对慢性心力衰竭患者使用协同护理模式,可显著提高患者限钠饮食依从性,逐渐恢复患者的心功能,提高患者的生活质量,加快患者的恢复速度,值得临床应用及推广。Aiscuss the role of collaborative nursing model in improving sodium restriction diet compliance in patients with chronic heart failure.By selecting 154 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Nanning from January 2023 to December 2023 for the study,all patients were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 77 patients in each group using a random number table method.Patients in the control group received routine nursing care,while patients in the intervention group received collaborative nursing care;Compare the compliance with sodium restricted diet,changes in cardiac function indicators,and quality of life scores between two groups of patients after nursing care.The research results showed that the compliance of patients in the post nursing intervention group with sodium restriction diet treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The cardiac function indicators of stroke volume(SV),cardiac output(CO),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the intervention group after nursing were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups of patients before nursing(P>0.05),while the quality of life scores of patients in the intervention group after nursing were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that using a collaborative nursing model for patients with chronic heart failure can significantly improve their compliance with sodium restricted diets,gradually restore their cardiac function,improve their quality of life,and accelerate their recovery rate.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
