快速康复外科护理理念在胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除术患者中的应用研究

摘　　要：探究对胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除术患者应用快速康复外科护理理念的临床效果。选取钦州市第一人民医院在2020年1月—2023年1月期间纳入的450例实施胸腔镜下纵隔肿瘤切除术患者,应用随机数字表法分为参照组(n=225,常规护理)及康复组(n=225,快速康复外科护理),观察并比较两组的围术期指标、心理状态、疼痛程度及并发症。研究结果显示,康复组围术期临床指标显著优于参照组(P<0.05);护理前,两组患者心理状态无统计学差异(P>0.05),护理后,两组的焦虑评分(SAS)和抑郁评分(SDS)均降低,且康复组SAS评分和SDS评分显著低于参照组(P<0.05);护理后,康复组疼痛评分显著低于参照组(P<0.05);康复组并发症发生率(8.89%)显著低于参照组(24.89%)(P<0.05)。研究发现对纵隔肿瘤切除术患者应用快速康复外科护理理念,可促进恢复,减轻手术疼痛,同时降低并发症发生率。To explore the clinical effect of applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing to patients undergoing thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection.450 patients who underwent thoracoscopic mediastinal tumor resection at the First People's Hospital of Qinzhou from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a reference group(n=225,conventional nursing)and a rehabilitation group(n=225,rapid recovery surgical nursing)using a random number table method.The perioperative indicators,psychological status,pain level,and complications of the two groups were observed and compared.The research results showed that the perioperative clinical indicators of the rehabilitation group were significantly better than those of the reference group(P<0.05);Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the psychological status between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety scores(SAS)and depression scores(SDS)of both groups decreased,and the SAS and SDS scores of the rehabilitation group were significantly lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05);After nursing,the pain score of the rehabilitation group was significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications in the rehabilitation group(8.89%)was significantly lower than that in the reference group(24.89%)(P<0.05).Research has found that applying the concept of rapid recovery surgical nursing to patients undergoing mediastinal tumor resection can promote recovery,reduce surgical pain,and lower the incidence of complications.
