摘 要:本文针对压力机性能优化问题,提出基于模块化设计的系统优化方法。研究建立了压力机系统的模块划分方法,制定了标准化的模块接口规范;提出了“分层优化、协同提升”的性能优化策略,实现了关键模块的性能提升;通过工程应用验证,压力机的位置精度、生产效率、能源效率等指标得到显著改善,设备可靠性大幅提高。研究成果为压力机的模块化设计与性能优化提供了新的思路和方法,具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。This paper proposes a system optimization method based on modular design for press performance optimization.The research establishes the module division method of the press system,and formulates the standardized module interface specification;puts forward the performance optimization strategy of“layered optimization and collaborative enhancement”,and realizes the performance enhancement of the key modules;through the verification of engineering application,the positional accuracy of the press,the productivity,the energy efficiency and other indexes have been significantly improved,and the reliability of the equipment has been greatly improved.The reliability of the equipment has been greatly improved.The research results provide new ideas and methods for the modular design and performance optimization of presses,which have important theoretical significance and practical value.
