摘  要:通过OM、SEM等分析了热处理工艺对锻态Mg-6.5Gd-3.5Y-1Zn-0.5Zr合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:锻态合金具有最高的伸长率,经过T5热处理后,该合金具有优异的强韧匹配性,抗拉强度430MPa,屈服强度330MPa,伸长率10%以上,强度较锻态提升近20%。主要原因为时效析出强化和细晶强化。其断裂形式为微孔聚集性断裂。The effect of heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of wrought Mg-6.5Gd-3.5Y-1Zn-0.5Zr alloy was analysed by OM and SEM,etc.The results show that the wrought alloy has the highest elongation,and the alloy has an excellent strong-tough match after T5 heat treatment,with a tensile strength of 430 MPa,a yield strength of 330 MPa,and an elongation of 10%or more,and the strength is improved by nearly 20%compared with the wrought state.This is mainly due to aging precipitation strengthening and fine grain strengthening,and the fracture form is microporous aggregation fracture.
