摘 要:针对地震活动频繁区域变电站支柱瓷绝缘子选型困难的问题,本文建立变径和塔型支柱瓷绝缘子模型。通过数值算例,分析水平地震力、自然风力及抗弯强度多重因素对支柱瓷绝缘子受力特性的影响,计算支柱瓷绝缘子所承受的总弯矩及相应的安全系数。结果表明,风力虽对支柱瓷绝缘子强度有一定影响,但远不及水平地震力和抗弯强度对结构受力的影响显著。相较于变径支柱瓷绝缘子,塔型支柱瓷绝缘子因其重心更接近底部,展现出更高的抗震稳定性。此研究结果可为地震活动频繁区域变电站建设中的支柱瓷绝缘子选型提供理论参考,从而确保电力设施在极端自然条件下的安全稳定运行。In view of the difficulty in selecting the type of substation post porcelain insulators in the area of frequent seismic activity,the models of post porcelain insulators with variable-diameter and tower-type are established in this paper.The effects of horizontal seismic force,natural wind load and bending strength on the mechanical properties of post porcelain insulators are analyzed.The total bending moment and the corresponding safety factor of the post porcelain insulator are calculated accurately.The results show that although the wind force has some influence on the structural strength,it is far less than the horizontal seismic force and bending strength.Compared with variable-diameter post porcelain insulators,tower-type post porcelain insulators exhibit higher seismic stability because their center of gravity is closer to the bottom.The results can provide theoretical guidance for the selection of post porcelain insulators in the construction of substations in seismically active areas,thus ensuring the safe and stable operation of power facilities under extreme natural conditions.
