配网工程施工工序多目标优化技术研究

摘  要:由于施工项目中工期与成本之间存在密切的相关性,导致工序规划下的项目推进效果与预期存在一定偏差,为此,提出配网工程施工工序多目标优化技术研究。对整个施工项目进行初步分解,再从工序的角度,利用Gantt图对各分解结果进行细分,并以相连工序持续时间最长的一组线路为基准,确定施工总工期;结合配网项目施工工期与直接成本、间接成本之间的变动关系,确定了施工总成本;在工序优化阶段,以确定施工总工期为约束,围绕关键线路,对网工程Gantt图中的工序进行调整,直至施工总成本控制在预算范围内。在测试结果中,不仅具体的成本投入(147.59万元)低于预算值(150.0万元),对应的工期(95天)也比预期(100天)缩短了5天。Due to the close correlation between the construction period and the cost of the construction project,there is a certain deviation between the project promotion effect and the expectation under the process planning.Therefore,the multi-objective optimization technology research of the distribution network engineering construction process is proposed.Preliminary decomposition of the whole construction project,and then from the perspective of process,the decomposition results are subdivided using the Gantt diagram,and the total construction period is determined based on the set of lines with the longest process duration;the total construction cost is determined by considering the variable relationship between the construction period and the direct cost and indirect cost;and the process is adjusted around the key lines until the total construction cost is controlled within the budget range.In the test results,not only the specific cost input(1.4759 million yuan)was lower than the budget value(1.50 million yuan),but also the corresponding construction period(95 days)was shortened by 5 days than the expected(100 days).
