摘　　要：随着我行零售业务数字化战略的深化开展,网银、手机APP等互联网渠道覆盖越来越广、已经成为客户交易的主要渠道。在业务快速发展的同时,我行在处理客户有关我行电子渠道纠纷时的证据证明力不足的问题也有所凸显。基于此,建立了统一数字证书签名服务提供电子签名、数字证书、第三方存证等服务,在为客户提供更优质金融服务的同时,增加客户行为记录,固化相关交易证据,通过技术手段强化证据证明效力,有效保障各方权益。With the deepening of our retail business digitalization strategy,Internet channels such as online banking and mobile APP have become more and more widely covered and have become the main channels for customer transactions.While our business is developing rapidly,the issue of insufficient evidence in handling customer disputes related to electronic channels has also been highlighted.Based on this,we establish the united digital certificate signing system to provide electronic signatures,digital certificates,third-party certificate storage,The system can record customer behavior information and save transaction evidence,tostrengthen the effectiveness of evidence through technical means,effectively safeguard the rights and interests of all parties.
