摘 要:中交第二公路工程局有限公司依托安罗高速原阳至郑州段黄河特大桥,深入研究富水全砂层等复杂条件下深大基坑支护的施工技术。安罗黄河特大桥位于黄河河道内,河道宽浅,水流散乱,冲淤变化迅速,地质条件基本为全砂层,摩擦系数大且地下水丰富。经过项目前期调研对比分析,并根据现场施工需要及结合工程特点,将钢管桩围堰及钢板桩围堰的各类特点有机结合,并配合围堰外侧降水及卸土,形成一项新的施工技术,即富水砂层地质大型拉森锁扣钢管桩围堰施工技术,该技术已实际成功应用于安罗黄河特大桥主墩承台施工时基坑开挖支护。China Communications Second Highway Engineering Bureau Co.,Ltd.,relying on the Anluo Expressway Yellow River Extra Large Bridge from Yuanyang to Zhengzhou section,conducted in-depth research on the construction technology of deep and large foundation pit support under complex conditions such as rich-water sand stratum.The Anluo Yellow River Extra Large Bridge is located within the Yellow River channel,with a wide and shallow riverbed,scattered water flow,rapid changes in erosion and siltation,and geological conditions consisting mainly of a rich-water sand stratum with high friction coefficient and abundant groundwater.After comparative analysis during the preliminary project investigation and considering the on-site construction needs along with the project characteristics,various characteristics of steel sheet pile cofferdams and steel plate pile cofferdams were organically combined.This,along with the coordination of external dewatering and soil unloading,resulted in a new construction method,namely,the construction method of large-scale Larson interlocking steel sheet pile cofferdam in rich-water sand stratum geology.This method has been successfully applied in the excavation and support of the foundation pit during the construction of the main pier and abutment of the Anluo Yellow River Extra Large Bridge.
