摘  要:本文针对SMA-13沥青玛蹄脂混合料的配合比设计进行了研究。通过对骨料、沥青和填料的选择与优化,以及混合料性能指标的要求,基于配合比设计方案,通过大量的实验验证和现场应用,按照马歇尔配合比设计方法进行配合比设计,试验结果表明:结合工程实际,SMA-13沥青混合料最佳沥青用量为5.8%,木质素纤维(沥青混合料质量%)0.3%时,该配合比设计方案可行并符合规范要求。实际施工中,采用该方案制备的SMA-13沥青玛蹄脂混合料具有较高的强度、稳定性和耐久性,能够满足道路工程的要求。This article studies the mix design of SMA-13 asphalt mastic mixture.A scientific and reasonable mix design scheme has been established by selecting and optimizing aggregates,asphalt,and fillers,as well as meeting the requirements of mixture performance indicators.Through extensive experimental verification and on-site application,the mix design was carried out according to the Marshall mix design method.The experimental results showed that the optimal asphalt dosage for SMA-13 asphalt mixture was 5.8%,and the lignin fiber(mass%of asphalt mixture)was 0.3%,the mix ratio design scheme is feasible and meets the specification requirements.In actual construction,the SMA-13 asphalt mastic mixture prepared using this scheme has high strength,stability,and durability,which can meet the requirements of road engineering.
