摘  要:上海市漕宝路跨铁路转体桥为(95+95)m钢箱梁T形刚构桥,采用临时索塔辅助转体施工。由于桥梁跨径以及宽度大,梁高变化大,平面布置异形,为极不平衡转体的情况,并且桥梁位于机场附近的限高区,给辅助索塔的结构选型及设计带来困难。首先介绍了转体桥的结构特点,重点阐述了临时索塔辅助转体桥受力特点、索塔合理结构形式的研究以及临时拉索合理布置方式与张拉力确定方法,最后介绍了索塔的整体受力分析以及索塔锚固区的局部受力分析。该转体桥属于结构极其异形的情况,临时辅助索塔的使用可为同类桥梁的设计与施工提供有益的参考。The Caobao Road Railway Turnover Bridge in Shanghai is a(95+95)m steel box girder T-shaped rigid frame bridge,which uses temporary cable towers to assist in the construction of the turnover.Due to the large span and width of the bridge,the height of the beam varies greatly,and the plane layout is irregular,resulting in extremely unbalanced rotation.Moreover,the bridge is located in the height limit area near the airport,which poses difficulties in the structural selection and design of the auxiliary cable tower.Firstly,the structural characteristics of the swivel bridge were introduced,with a focus on the study of the force characteristics of the temporary cable tower assisted swivel bridge,the reasonable structural form of the cable tower,and the reasonable arrangement of temporary cables and the determination method of tensioning force.Finally,the overall force analysis of the cable tower and the local force analysis of the cable tower anchoring area were introduced.The swivel bridge belongs to an extremely irregular structure,and the use of temporary auxiliary cable towers can provide useful references for the design and construction of similar bridges.
