摘　　要：企业水平衡测试是促进工业节水的一项行之有效的方法,本文对某工业企业的取用水状况及水源之间的转换、回收利用的关系进行分析,将用水过程细化到单台设备,同时分工序、分厂区进行量化汇总,对可完善之处提出合理化的分析和建议。为健全企业用水档案,弥补和完善供用水基础资料,也为企业今后有序生产发展,提升用水管理水平提供依据和参考资料。Enterprise water balance testing is an effective method for promoting industrial water conservation.This article analyzes the water intake situation and the relationship between the conversion and recycling of water sources in a certain plastic industry enterprise.Refine the water use process to a single device,and quantify and summarize the division of labor and plant areas,providing reasonable analysis and suggestions for areas that can be improved.To improve the enterprise water files,supplement and improve the basic information of water supply and consumption,and provide basis and reference materials for the orderly production and development of enterprises in the future,and to improve the level of water management.
