摘 要:电气自动化正常运行与发电厂安全生产息息相关,可利用分散控制系统,监控电气设备,及时排除故障。基于此,文章简要阐述了分散控制系统关键技术,从总体设计、硬件设计与软件设计这几方面出发,设计电气自动化中分散控制系统架构,并结合某火电厂情况,分析分散控制系统应用效果。结果表明可靠性评分5420,故障率指标0.25*10-4/h,可有效监控电气运行。The normal operation of electrical automation is closely related to the safety production of power plants.Distributed control systems can be used to monitor electrical equipment and promptly troubleshoot.Based on this,the article briefly elaborates on the key technologies of decentralized control systems.Starting from the overall design,hardware design,and software design,the architecture of decentralized control systems in electrical automation is designed.Combined with the situation of a thermal power plant,the application effect of decentralized control systems is analyzed.The results show that the reliability score is 5420,and the failure rate index is 0.25*10-4/h,which can effectively monitor electrical operation.
