摘  要:二次衬砌是隧道工程施工在初期支护内侧施作的模筑混凝土或钢筋混凝土衬砌,与初期支护共同组成复合式衬砌,是隧道施工过程中的一道重要工序。结合沪渝蓉高铁6标当阳隧道的二次衬砌施工,从施工工法流程方面着手,采用二衬纵向连续灌注施工作业技术,以达到二衬连续灌注,拱顶同步压浆,减少二衬顶部脱空,以适应现代化高速道路隧道建设的要求。The secondary lining is a mold cast concrete or reinforced concrete lining constructed on the inner side of the initial support during tunnel construction.Together with the initial support,they form a composite lining,which is an important procedure in the tunnel construction process.Based on the secondary lining construction of the Dangyang Tunnel of the 6th Bid Section of the Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu High-Speed Railway,the paper focuses on the construction methods and processes,adopting the longitudinal continuous pouring construction technology for the secondary lining to achieve continuous pouring of the secondary lining,synchronous grouting of the vault,and reduce the void at the top of the secondary lining,in order to meet the requirements of modern high-speed road tunnel construction.
