摘  要:桥梁、隧道水泥混凝土下承层精铣刨质量直接影响沥青面层与下承层的层间粘结和抗剪性能。通过对拓形法检测用标准片材密度稳定性分析及不同方法检测露浆率的分析研究,确定了不同规格的A4打印纸及0.5 mm和0.8 mm的透明PVC标准片材均能用于检测露浆率;拓形法操作性强,操作过程简单方便且成本低,可以客观地检测出水泥混凝土下承层精铣刨施工露浆率;拓形法可有效弥补目测法主观性太强而无法提供准确的露浆率和图像处理法成本高、操作繁琐的缺点,它是对目测法的一种补充,有利于推动水泥混凝土精铣刨施工质量检测方法的完善和发展。The quality of precision milling of cement concrete subgrade layer in bridges and tunnels directly affects the interlayer bonding and shear performance between asphalt surface layer and subgrade layer.Through the analysis of density stability of standard sheets used for shape expansion method detection and the study of different methods for detecting slurry rate,it was determined that A4 printing paper of different specifications and transparent PVC standard sheets of 0.5 mm and 0.8 mm can all be used for detecting slurry rate;The expansion method has strong operability,simple and convenient operation process,and low cost.It can objectively detect the slurry exposure rate of the precision milling and planing construction of the cement concrete subgrade layer;The expansion method can effectively compensate for the subjective nature of the visual inspection method,which cannot provide accurate slurry exposure rate,and the high cost and cumbersome operation of image processing methods.It is a supplement to the visual inspection method and is conducive to promoting the improvement and development of quality inspection methods for cement concrete precision milling and planing construction.
