摘 要:屋面花架在提高建筑结构空间层次方面发挥着重要作用,但是悬挑结构的高空支模施工面临着很大难度。首先对工程案例进行详细介绍,分析了悬挑结构高空支模的主要施工技术流程以及整体方案。重点从预埋件埋设,挑梁、连梁安装施工,防护脚手架搭设,支模架搭设,支模架拆除等方面详细介绍了关键施工技术。实践经验表明,所述的高空支模施工方案是有效的,为工程项目的顺利推进创造了良好条件。有效积累了悬挑结构高空支模的施工技术经验,可以为国内其他工程案例提供有效的经验借鉴。Roof flower frame plays an important role in improving the spatial level of building structure,but the construction of high-altitude formwork of cantilever structure is facing great difficulty.Firstly,the project case is introduced in detail,and the main construction technology process and the overall scheme of the cantilever structure are analyzed.The key construction technology is introduced in detail from the aspects of embedded parts,beam picking and beam installation,protective scaffolding,formwork erection,and demolition of formwork.The practical experience shows that the described high-altitude formwork construction scheme is effective and creates good conditions for the smooth progress of the project.It has accumulated the construction technology experience of cantilever structure,which can provide effective experience for other domestic engineering cases.
