摘 要:本文分析了综合控制技术在精密涂布设备洁净系统升级过程中的应用。公司精密涂布设备洁净系统,局限于涂布干燥风量过小,无高温过滤装置,无高温保护系统。存在设备运行时换热器局部温度过高、高温氧化物污染涂布产品等问题。针对以上存在问题,通过对设备原有洁净系统进行功能分析,咨询相关领域专家,制定了涂布洁净系统升级的相应方案。采用稳定性、可靠性、精度高的换热器高温保护系统、高温过滤器、耐高温换热器组成洁净系统。通过对改造项目中洁净控制系统中换热器耐高温程度、高温过滤器过滤效果、高温保护阈值设定的认真分析,按期完成涂布洁净系统升级改造项目。This article analyzes the application of comprehensive control technology in the upgrading process of the clean system of precision coating equipment.The company's precision coating equipment has a clean system,which is limited to low drying air volume for coating,no high-temperature filtering device,and no high-temperature protection system.There are issues such as excessive local temperature in the heat exchanger during equipment operation,and contamination of coated products by high-temperature oxides.In response to the above issues,I conducted a functional analysis of the original clean system of the equipment and consulted relevant experts in the field.A corresponding plan for upgrading the coating cleaning system has been developed.A clean system is composed of a stable,reliable,and high-precision heat exchanger high-temperature protection system,high-temperature filters,and high-temperature resistant heat exchangers.By carefully analyzing the high temperature resistance of the heat exchanger in the clean control system of the renovation project,the filtering effect of the high-temperature filter,and the setting of the high-temperature protection threshold,the coating clean system upgrade and renovation project will be completed on schedule.
