摘　　要：ChatGPT自2022年11月30日首发以来,成为互联网史上用户数量增长最快的现象级应用。ChatGPT在人工智能领域的技术突破以及引领性示范性影响,为社会各行各业带来了具有范式意义的技术革命。本文客观分析了ChatGPT的概况、性能及功能评价等相关问题,并对信息资源管理从业人员能力建设、资源组织与分类、信息检索、智能咨询、知识服务等几个方面面临的机遇与挑战进行了简要论述,对ChatGPT的未来进行了展望。Since its launch on November 30,2022,ChatGPT has become the fastest-growing phenomenon level application in Internet history in terms of user number.ChatGPT's technological breakthrough in the field of artificial intelligence and its leading and exemplary influence have brought a technological revolution of paradigm significance to all walks of life.This paper objectively analyzes the overview,performance and functional evaluation of ChatGPT,and briefly discusses the opportunities and challenges from the perspective of ability building of practitioners in information resource management,resource organization and classification,information retrieval,intelligent consulting,knowledge service and so on.It also looks forward to the future of ChatGPT.
