摘　　要：随着信息技术的快速发展,人工智能(AI)在档案管理中的应用日益广泛。本文首先分析了传统档案分类与检索系统的不足,随后探讨了人工智能技术在档案分类与检索中的应用,并构建基于人工智能的档案分类与检索系统的优化策略。研究表明,基于AI的系统不仅提高了分类的准确性,还优化了检索的用户体验。With the rapid development of information technology,the application of artificial intelligence(AI)in archives management is becoming increasingly widespread.This paper first analyzes the shortcomings of traditional archives classification and retrieval system,then explores the application of artificial intelligence technology in archives classification and retrieval,and constructs optimization strategies for archives classification and retrieval system based on artificial intelligence.Research has shown that AI-based systems not only improve the accuracy of classification,but also optimize the retrieval users'experience.
