摘　　要：智慧医疗是未来医疗卫生行业发展的大趋势。医学档案信息化将大大提升医学档案服务价值。为打破信息孤岛,进一步开发利用医学档案资源,医学档案信息化是非常必要的。实施医学档案信息化,首先要确保信息的安全性,其次要做好档案基础信息资源建设工作。医学档案信息化建设仍存在一些问题,如管理认识不足、缺乏物质和技术支持、医学档案资源整合缓慢等。Smart healthcare is the general trend for the future development of medical health industry.Medical archives informatization will greatly enhance the service value of medical archives.In order to break the information isolated island and further develop and utilize medical archival resources,it is very necessary to informatize medical archives.The implementation of medical archives informatization must first ensure the security of information,and then do a good job in the construction of basic information resources of archives.There are still some problems in the informatization construction of medical archives,such as insufficient management understanding,lack of material and technical support,and slow integration of medical archival resources.
