摘　　要：本文分析了访问控制的内涵,指出档案管理过程中访问控制机制的重要性,结合访问控制策略制定、用户身份认证与授权管理、档案信息加密与传输安全三个方面,探讨了基于访问控制的档案信息共享机制的设计与实现,通过构建合理的访问控制策略,确保档案信息的安全性和共享效率。This paper first analyzes the connotation of access control, points out the importance of access control mechanism in the process of archives management, and finally explores the design and implementation of archives information sharing mechanism based on access control from three aspects: access control strategy formulation, user identity authentication and authorization management, and archives information encryption and transmission security. By constructing reasonable access control strategies,the security and sharing efficiency of archives information are ensured.
