摘　　要：随着大数据技术在医疗行业的广泛应用,医疗档案信息化管理已成为医院和医疗社会保障工作的重要支撑。然而,在这一过程中,患者的隐私权保护问题日益凸显。本文旨在探讨大数据背景下医疗档案隐私泄露的风险与管理对策,通过全面审核和风险评估,发现潜在隐私风险,并提出相应的管理策略,以保障患者隐私安全。With the widespread application of big data technology in medical industry, the informatization management of medical records has become an important support for hospitals and medical social security work. However, in this process, the issue of protecting the privacy rights of patients has become increasingly prominent. This paper aims to explore the risks and management strategies for medical record privacy leakage in the context of big data. Through comprehensive review and risk assessment,potential privacy risks are identified and corresponding management strategies are proposed to ensure privacy security of patients.
