摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央以伟大的历史主动、巨大的政治勇气、强烈的责任担当,团结带领全党全国各族人民推动新时代体育发展取得历史性成就、发生历史性变革,形成了丰富而深刻的历史主动思想。这一伟大思想视野宏阔、系统全面、博大精深,为促进体育发展赢得主动、赢得先机、赢得优势提供了根本保障。研究认为,习近平总书记发扬历史主动精神引领新时代体育发展的内涵意蕴包括发挥推动体育发展的主观能动性、赢得体育发展的主动权、争取体育发展的战略主动;要素要求包含体育发展主体需要具备高度的历史自觉、科学的历史思维、坚定的历史定力;实践路径涵盖发挥历史主动必须聚焦体育发展主题、尊重体育发展规律、不断开创体育发展新局,为党在新征程上不断增强中国式现代化体育发展的历史主动,满足人民美好生活的体育需求,加快体育强国建设奠定了坚实基础。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,under the leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,and with great historical initiative,immense political courage,and a strong sense of responsibility,the entire Party and the people of all ethnic groups across the country have been united to drive historic transformations and achieve historic accomplishments in sports development in the new era.This has led to the formation of a profound and rich historical initiative thought,which has a wide field of vision,comprehensive system and extensive meanings,it provided the fundamental guarantee of sports development to win the initiatives,opportunities and advantages.The connotations of this great thought include leveraging subjective initiative to promote sports development,seizing the initiative in sports development,and striving for strategic initiative in sports development.The required elements include that the main body of sports development must possess a high degree of historical consciousness,scientific historical thinking,and firm historical focus.The practical paths involve concentrating on the theme of sports development to fully take the historical initiative,respecting the laws of sports development,and continuously pioneering new developments in sports.These efforts have laid a solid foundation for the Party to continually strengthen the historical initiative in the development of Chinese-style sports modernization on the new journey in the new era,to meet sports demands of the people for a better life and to accelerate the construction of sports power.
