黔东南州油茶炭疽病病原鉴定及防治药剂室内毒力测定

摘　　要：为明确黔东南州油茶炭疽病主要病原菌,并筛选出针对性防治药剂,本试验采集贵州省黔东南州三个主产区的油茶炭疽病病叶分离培养得到菌株,进行鉴定和药剂防治室内药剂毒力的测定。结果表明,黔东南州油茶炭疽病病原菌为果生刺盘孢菌;油茶炭疽病的病原菌中,果生刺盘孢菌分布最广,6种杀菌剂对油茶炭疽病均有一定的抑制效果,30.0%溴菌·咪鲜胺和45.0%咪鲜胺的EC_(50)值分别为0.0042 mg/L和0.0116 mg/L,对油茶炭疽病的抑制效果最好;其次是25.0%苯甲·溴菌腈和16.0%二氰·吡唑酯,EC_(50)值分别为2.0950 mg/L和6.9511 mg/L;最后是80.0%多菌灵和32.5%苯甲·嘧菌,EC_(50)值分别为59.8618 mg/L和116.4555 mg/L。其中咪鲜胺类的药剂防治效果最佳,且为广谱低毒药剂,具有较好的应用潜能。In order to identify the main cause of Camellia oleifera anthracnose in Southeast Guizhou,the indoor toxicity of targeted control agents was studied.In this experiment,the leaves of Camellia oleifera anthracnose from three main producing areas of Guizhou province were isolated and cultured to obtain the strain,which was identified and tested for drug toxicity in laboratory.The results showed that the pathogen of anthracnose of Camellia oleifera in Southeastern Guizhou was Colletotrichum fructicola;The six fungicides had certain inhibitory effect on camellia oleifera anthracnose.EC_(50)values of 30.0%bromobacteria·imitamine and 45.0%imitamine were 0.0042 mg/L and 0.0116 mg/L,respectively,showing the best inhibitory effect on camellia oleifera anthracnose.The EC_(50)values were 2.0950 mg/L and 6.9511 mg/L,respectively.Finally,80.0%carbendazim and 32.5%benzoyl·pyrimethanil,with EC_(50)values of 59.8618 mg/L and 116.4555 mg/L.Micramide has the best prevention and control effect,and is a broad-spectrum low-toxicity agent,with good application potential.
