青蒿组培苗切段诱导生根研究

摘  要:为获得性状一致的青蒿纯合体,避免出现青蒿大田参差不齐的情况,本试验对青蒿组培苗切段诱导生根开展研究。利用MS、1/2 MS和1/4 MS等3种不同培养基,添加不同浓度NAA,对带无顶茎段和带顶茎段进行扦插生根诱导。研究表明,1/2 MS培养基为最佳培养基,0.3 mg/L NAA为最佳激素用量,培养时间以22 d为佳,最多不超过30 d为宜。In order to obtain the homozygote of Artemisia annua with the same characters and avoid the appearance of uneven artemisia annua in the field,we conducted a study on cutting and inducing rooting of tissue culture seedlings of Artemisia annua.Three kinds of medium,MS,1/2 MS and 1/4 MS,and different NAA concentration,were used to induce the cutting roots of the stem segment with no top and stem segment with noggin.It was found that 1/2 MS medium was the best medium,the concentration of NAA was 0.3 mg/L as the optimal hormone dosage,and the culture time was 22 days,and the maximun was 30 days.
