摘　　要：针对带流道5A05铝合金制件法兰安装处腐蚀漏液的问题,通过冷却液的玻璃器皿腐蚀试验、氯含量测试以及不同防护方式下铝合金与不锈钢的电偶腐蚀试验,分析制件腐蚀失效原因,提出解决措施,可为类似问题的解决提供参考。In response to the problem of corrosion and leakage at the flange of the 5A05 aluminum alloy parts with flow channels,the causes of corrosion and failure for the parts are analyzed through the glassware corrosion test,the chlorine content test,and the galvanic corrosion test of aluminum alloy and stainless steel in various protection modes for the coolant,and the solution is proposed,which can provide references for similar issues.
