摘 要:针对两级式变换器中宽负载范围内的高效率要求,开展LLC电源变换器关键电路研究,并设计相应样机。基于半桥LLC拓扑工作原理和变换器特性分析,完成变换器电路参数设计;对样机开展实验验证。验证结果表明:LLC电源变换器能够在全负载范围内实现原边开关管零电压开通ZVS和副边二极管零电流关断ZCS,效率得到较大提高,对类似器件的研制有一定的参考意义。In view of the high efficiency requirement for the two-stage converter in a wide load range,the key circuits of the LLC power converter are studied and the corresponding prototype is designed.Based on the working principle of half-bridge LLC topology and the analysis of converter characteristics,the converter circuit parameters are designed,and the prototype is verified through the experiments.The results show that the LLC power converter can achieve zero voltage turn-on ZVS of the primary switch tube and zero current turn-off ZCS of the secondary diode in the full load range,and the efficiency is greatly improved,which has certain reference significance for the development of similar devices.
