摘　　要：近年学界对晚清民国的英汉词典出版史关注增多,但对该时期的医学词典关注有限。《高氏医学辞汇》是近代中国最具影响力的英汉医学词典之一。本文基于一手文献,对其多版的结构、收词、特色内容等加以详考。这部词典是当今开展医学词汇学、术语学、翻译史、知识翻译学等领域的研究所不容忽视的宝贵资料。In recent years,academia has paid more and more attention to the histories of English-Chinese dictionaries in the Late Qing and Republican China,whereas such attention paid to medical dictionaries is still limited.Cousland's English-Chinese Medical Lexicon is regarded one of the most influential medical dictionaries in modern China.Based on its first-hand material,different editions,word collection,and unique contents.The great value of Cousland's English-Chinese Lexicon of Medical Terms is manifested for research in different areas,including medical lexicology,terminology,history of translation,and transknowletology.
