五禽戏之鸟戏对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究五禽戏之鸟戏对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法:选取景德镇市中医医院2022年4月—2023年10月82例慢性心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规护理干预,41例)和观察组(常规护理干预+练习五禽戏之鸟戏,41例)。比较两组干预效果、心功能情况、N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)、生活质量。结果:和对照组相比,观察组干预总有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组左室舒张末期内径、左室射血分数及6 min步行距离均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,干预后观察组NT-proBNP较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组干预后生活质量各项评分较低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性心力衰竭患者练习五禽戏之鸟戏,能够改善患者心功能,使得生活质量得到提升。Objective:To explore the effect of Bird's Play of the Five Poultry Plays on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.Method:A total of 82 patients with chronic heart failure from Jingdezhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into control group(routine nursing intervention,41 cases)and observation group(routine nursing intervention+Bird's Play of the Five Poultry Plays,41 cases)according to random number table method.The intervention effect,cardiac function,NT-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of intervention of the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,left ventricular ejection fraction and 6 min walking distance in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,NT-proBNP in the observation group was lower after intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of quality of life in the observation group after intervention were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with chronic heart failure who practice the Bird's Play of the Five Poultry Plays can improve their cardiac function and enhance their quality of life.
