基于抗血管生成作用探讨中药抗肿瘤作用

摘  要:肿瘤血管的生成对肿瘤的发生、发展、转移有促进作用,因此抑制肿瘤血管生成是抑制肿瘤发展、转移的有效手段之一。而促血管生成因子与肿瘤血管的生长密切相关,干扰促血管生成因子的表达有助于抑制肿瘤生长。中药具有多成分、多靶点、多途径抗肿瘤的特点,也具有增效减毒、缓解化疗药耐药性的作用。本文通过总结中药对血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)、表皮生长因子(EGF)、血管生成素-2(Ang-2)、血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)等促进血管生成因子的抑制作用,分析中药抗肿瘤血管生成的作用的机制,为中药抗肿瘤作用提供理论支持。The generation of tumor blood vessels promotes the occurrence,development,and metastasis of tumors,therefore inhibiting tumor blood vessel generation is one of the effective means to suppress tumor development and metastasis.And angiogenic factors are closely related to the growth of tumor blood vessels,interfering with the expression of angiogenic factors can help inhibit tumor growth.Traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of multi-component,multi-target,and multi pathway anti-tumor effects,as well as the effects of enhancing efficacy,reducing toxicity,and alleviating chemotherapy drug resistance.This article summarizes the inhibitory effects of traditional Chinese medicine on angiogenic factors such as vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α),matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),epidermal growth factor(EGF),angiopoietin-2(Ang-2),platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF),etc.,and analyzes the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine's anti-tumor angiogenesis effect,providing theoretical support for the anti-tumor effect of traditional Chinese medicine.
