摘 要:随着经济和社会发展,我国城市发展由大规模增量建设阶段转入存量提质改造和增量建设并存的新阶段。城市发展进入城市更新的重要时期,既有存量建筑的改造加固已经成为建筑工程界的热点问题。既有建筑改造加固方法并不唯一,现阶段缺少对加固方案从技术先进、经济合理、可实施性强等多维度系统科学评选的方法。为解决这一问题,本文以既有钢筋混凝土框架结构为研究对象,以加固方案评选方法为研究内容,提出了一种加固方案评选模型。首先,分析了各种常用加固方法的适用范围及特点;其次,从施工可行性、技术性和经济性三个维度构建了钢筋混凝土框架结构加固方案评选指标,运用层次分析法(AHP)确定评选指标权重,之后通过理想点法(TOPSIS)对加固方案进行打分,从而评选出综合效益最优的方案;最后,本文以改造加固工程项目为例,验证了评选模型的有效性。With the development of economy and society,China′s urban development has shifted from the stage of large-scale incremental construction to a new stage where both stock improvement and incremental construction coexist.Urban development has entered an important period of urban renewal,and the reconstruction and reinforcement of existing buildings has become a hot issue in the construction engineering field.The existing building renovation and reinforcement methods are not the only ones.At present,there is a lack of systematic and scientific selection methods for reinforcement schemes from the perspectives of advanced technology,reasonable economy and strong implementability.In order to solve this problem,this paper takes the existing reinforced concrete frame structure as the research object and the reinforcement scheme selection method as the research content,and puts forward a reinforcement scheme selection model.Firstly,the application scope and characteristics of various common reinforcement methods are analyzed.Secondly,the evaluation index of reinforcement scheme of reinforced concrete frame structure is constructed from three dimensions of construction feasibility,technology and economy.The evaluation index weight is determined by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and then the reinforcement scheme is scored by technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS).Thus,the scheme with the best comprehensive benefit is selected.Finally,this paper takes the reconstruction and reinforcement project as an example to verify the validity of the selection model.
