摘  要:赣江井冈山航电枢纽工程是江西省“十三五”重点项目,是具有航运、发电等综合效益的大型工程。为发挥其提升航道等级、航运能力和综合效益的作用,现对流域规划和井冈山航电枢纽工程任务进行梳理,论证通航建筑物规模,开展水力动能计算。在历史成果的基础上,从与上游枢纽水位衔接及对电站影响、库区淹没指标和工程经济效益等方面比选分析,确定特征水位,为赣江梯级枢纽建设方案制定提供依据。The Ganjiang Jinggangshan Navigation and Power Hub Project is a key construction project in Jiangxi Province during the 13th Five Year Plan period.It is a large-scale navigation and power generation hub project with comprehensive benefits.In order to fully leverage the improvement of the Ganjiang River waterway level,enhance shipping capacity,and enhance the comprehensive benefits of the Jinggangshan Navigation and Power Hub Project and various cascade hub projects,this article reviews the basin planning and Jinggangshan hub project tasks,demonstrates the scale of navigation buildings,conducts hydraulic kinetic energy calculations,and obtains the results of runoff and flood at the dam site section.Based on historical achievements,a characteristic water level conclusion has been drawn through comparative analysis of the connection with the upstream hub water level,its impact on the power station,reservoir inundation indicators,and engineering economic benefits.This study can provide a basis for the formulation of the Ganjiang cascade hub plan.
