摘  要:结合某河道蓄水工程,探讨了大跨度底轴驱动翻板闸门设计中关于结构受力、廊道布置、闸门检修、防淤积等需要注意的问题。闸墩及闸底板的结构受力分析重点考虑启闭机机座、闸门支铰座等部位。闸底板廊道布置需要注意各类管线与内部交通的协调,必要时可分别设置设备廊道与交通廊道。闸门检修及防淤积设计是较容易忽视的问题,需要引起设计人员的注意。此外还提出了结合水工模型试验优化工程布置的建议,对类似项目设计提供借鉴。This article discusses several issues that need to be paid attention to in the design of large-span bottom axis driven flap gates,including structural stress,corridor layout,gate maintenance,and anti siltation,in conjunction with a certain river water storage project.The structural stress analysis of the gate pier and gate bottom plate focuses on the parts such as the hoist base and the gate support hinge seat.The layout of the gate bottom plate corridor needs to pay attention to the coordination of various pipelines and internal traffic.If necessary,equipment corridors and traffic corridors can be set up separately.Gate maintenance and anti siltation design are issues that are easily overlooked and require the attention of designers.In addition,this article also proposes suggestions for optimizing the engineering layout by combining hydraulic model experiments,providing some useful reference for the design of similar projects.
