摘 要:在水利建设与河流生态保护领域,对河道进行科学合理的治导线规划已成为推动河道有效治理的关键手段之一。本次研究选取了具有典型特征的滹沱河山西段作为研究对象,分析流域内水利工程现状情况。通过水文计算方法,推算年径流的变化规律及设计洪水的各项参数,以此为基础,对河道治导线规划进行了全面、系统且深入的研究。该研究成果的技术方法与实践经验可为国内其他同类河道治理项目提供极具价值的参考范例。In the fields of water conservancy construction and river ecological protection,making scientific and rational regulation line plans for river channels has become one of the key means to promote the effective governance of river channels.In this study,the Shanxi section of the Hutuo River with typical characteristics was selected as the research object to analyze the current situation of water conservancy projects within the basin.Through hydrological calculation methods,the variation rules of annual runoff and various parameters of designed floods were calculated.Based on this,a comprehensive,systematic and in-depth study on the regulation line planning of the river channel was carried out.The technical methods and practical experience of the research results can provide valuable reference examples for other similar river channel governance projects in China.
